Cash-in: Dynamic Warm-up
As a team of 4 complete the following…
*Only 2 athletes can be working at a time and you must finish all reps of one exercise before moving to the next. If you are only a pair, the workout is the same.
Cash-out (if time allows): With a partner, run 800m, 400m, 200m, 100m
Partner 1 runs the distance then rests while Partner 2 runs distance. Then, P1 runs next distance, etc…
