100 cal row – partner 2 low kicks, 1 knee

150 Kettlebell Swings – partner 1,1,2

100 Goblet Squats – partner 3,3,4,4

100 Double Unders (300 singles) – partner 2 front kicks

60 situps with 1,2 – partners work together (same time)

1 minute rest between each “round”
