Practice Handstand walking for 5-10 minutes. If you can’t handstand walk, practice HSPU. If you can’t do HSPU, practice static HSPU holds.

3 Rounds for Time…

10 KB Push-press (50/35) – Single arm/10 per side

10 Box jumps (30/24)


For time…

100-80-60-40-20 Double Unders, alternating with

20-40-60-80-100 Sit-ups
