As a team of Two(males or females ) complete 4 rounds bear complex :1 Power clean, 1 front squat,1 push press, 1 back squat , 1 push press 7 x’s = 1 round

While partner A is running 200 meters partner B is working on the complex

switch off untill the 4 rounds of the complex is completed
