Teams of 2. One partner runs 200m while the other works on the following movements:

100 Balls Slams (20/14#)

100 Pull Ups

100 Box Jumps 24/20

100 Wall ball Sit Ups

100 KB Swings 50/30#, 40/25

Continue rotating 200m Runs until all Reps are complete.
