Fitness has been a part of my life, in different ways. I have played sports, worked with trainers, actively took part in spin classes, kick boxing, MMA fitness classes and bootcamps. After being introduced to Crossfit, I was hooked!!! My experience with fitness was expanded to a new level. I went on to get my Level 1 Crossfit Trainer Certificate, as well as my Crossfit Kids Certificate. My purpose for getting Crossfit Certificates is share my enthusiasm I have for Crossfit by encouraging, motivating and guiding people to accomplish their fitness goals.
