30 sec rest after the four rounds

Four rounds 
20 secs KB swings / 10 sec Sumo hp
30 sec rest

Four rounds 
20 sec Row/ 10 sec row
30 sec rest

Four rounds 
20 sec Battling rope /10 sec Burpee
30 sec rest

Repeat cycle from the beginning but switch movements the 2nd cycle. IE: 20 sec sit ups/10 sec push ups
