tabata : 20 sec / 10 sec Groups of two movements complete two rounds of each alternating movements. (A,B,A,B)
Complete two cycles of the entire group.

1.High knees (high and fast) / Toe touch crunch 
2. Single leg Burpee(switch leg second round)/ Side walk push ups
3. Squat jacks / Side hip raises (side plank)
4.Squat holds/ Spiderman push ups
5. Jumping Lunges / Supermans
6. Lizard hops / Monkey squats
