Tabata:

 4 rounds 30 sec Tuck jumps, 15 sec Squats 

30 sec rest

4 rounds 30 sec  Sled push , 15 sec  Burpee

30 sec rest

4 rounds :30 sec  bike / 15 sec bike

30 sec rest

4 rounds 30 sec  chinnies , 15 plank

30 sec rest

4 rounds 30 sec wall climbs , 15 sec  push ups

rest 30 sec.

then repeat but switch movements IE:30 sec squats/ 15 sec tuck jumps

Note : lower intensity on the rest movement

 

Cool down: stretch
