100 Jumping jack as the time keeper.

Stations:

1.Bike
2.renegade rows
3.sled push hi/lo
4.wall balls
5.body Rows
6.box jumps
7.KB swing Swings
8.Battling rope
9.Knees to elbow
10.stiff leg dead lift
11. lateral jumps (hurdle)

Add movements as needed.

cycle through movements then take a 1 min rest. Then go to 75 jumping jacks, then 50 and finish with the group doing 25 Burpees
