8  Mountain climbers

8 dead lifts 95/65

8 box jumps 20/24

Circuit #1 :  30 sec  2X

Push ups, Battling rope, burpees, push press 45/30

Circuit# 2  : 30 sec 2 x

renegade rows, Double unders , Burpee box jump, Thrusters 45/30
