200 box jumps

EMOM 3 burpees then do box jumps until the next min

then do 3  buprees and continue this format until you’ve completed 200 box jumps,

at 50 box jumps do 10 pump situp, at 100 do 15 ps at 150 do 20 PS at 200 do 25 ps
