500-400-300-200-100M Rows 1:1 Work to Rest Ratio
If you need to pair up, P1 rows, then rests while P2 rows.

Rest 5 minutes, then:

Back Squat Ladder EMOM
2×80% 1RM (20 minute cap or until failure)

Rest 5 minutes, then:

Max push-ups in 2 minutes
Max sit-ups in 2 minutes
