Warm-up: Run 800m as a team
Then with a partner, perform the following...

1. AMRAP Overhead squats (95/65) while partner runs 100m, then switch.
2. AMRAP medball cleans while partner runs 200m, then switch.
3. AMRAP Box jumps (24/30) while partner runs 400m, then switch
4. AMRAP KB Swings (50/35) while partner runs 800m, then switch

Cash-out: 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups each.
