20 min Amrap / EMOM

Every min on the min do 

1. Cindy: 5, pulls , 10 push ups, 15 squats

2.  Grace:3 squat clean & jerks 135/95 , 115/75

3. Nate : 2 mp’s , 4 hspu, 8 KB Swings 50/35

4. Isabel : 3 Power Snatches 135/95,115/75

repeat 4 more rounds. If you can’t complete the task in the min rest a min and continue on to the next movement.

 

cash out:set up team and complete 4 rounds of  50 meter relay piggy back sprints
