With a partner, complete the following; only fully completed 100m laps count towards score.

All must be done with partner, must finish each lap together.
-100m sprint
-100m walking lunges
-100m KB or DB farmer’s carry (50/35)
-100m Overhead Sandbag carry (60/30)
-Repeat
