With a partner and only one person working at a time, Accumulate as many points as possible in 30 minutes using whatever strategy you decide:

WOD:


200 meter run = 10 pts
Burpee = 5 pts each
Box Jump (4) = 3 pts each
Pull Up = 2 pts each
Jumping Pull Up = 1 pt each
Jumping squat = 2 pts each
Squat = 1 pt each
plyo pushups = 2pt each
Push Up = 1 pt each
knees to elbows = 2pt each
Sit Up = 1 pt each
