10 reps ground-to-overheads, 95, 75, 65
200-yard shuttle sprint, 50 yards there and back twice
note: Speed = intensity do this wod as fast as you can
rest 5 mins
10 meters of DEATH!!!!
10 meter shuttle run EMOM increase laps every min until you can’t finish
the number of laps for that min.
