Strength- Clean and jerk- 3×3@ 70%,  if you don’t know your 1RM use the time to find it.

WOD:

20 min Running clock

-First 7 minutes -5 squat cleans EMOM

-next 10 minutes- AMRAP- 10 burpees,  8 thrusters@ A 95/65lbs, I 75/55, N 65/45

-Last 3 minutes- AMRAP – as many double unders as possible
