Strength- Front Squat – Find 1RM

WOD- Chipper

– 800m run, 75 wall balls 20/14, 80 (40 each  arm) bicep curls@50/35lbs, 90 pushups, 80 kettlebell swings@ 50/35lbs, 75 v-ups, 800m run , 50 Box jumps  (Scale to appropriate weight and Box height )

Cashout- Stretch / roller work
