Start with 1 rep of each movement, then 2 reps, then 3 reps, etc…

Partner A does Jumping Jacks
Partner B does movements
*Each partner starts at 1 of each movement and increases*

Burpee
Snatch (75/50)
Back squat (75/50)
Mule kick
