Warm up: Dynamic

Wod: With a partner complete the following:

– Partner A does 50 sit ups while partner B does max burpees.

Then switch.

– Partner A does 50 wall balls while partner B does max KB swings.

Then switch.

– Partner A does 50 pull ups while partner B does max mule kicks.

Then switch.

– Partner A does 50 box jumps while partner B does max ball slams.

Then switch.

– Partner A does 50 push ups while partner B does max man makers.

Then switch.
