Warm up: Dynamic

Wod: Happy Valentine’s Day!!!

With a partner:

100 Burpees – 1 partner working at a time, switch as needed.

– Then team holds a 45lb plate over heads for 4 minutes.

100 Wall balls – 1 partner working at a time, switch as needed.

– Then 4 minute plank hold, 1 partner in plank position at all time, switch as needed.

100 Pull ups – 1 partner working at a time, switch as needed.

– Then 2 minute max partner back to back squat.

100 Sit ups – Each partner does 100 in sync

Cash out: Stretch and roll out
