Partner WOD (share reps as needed to complete)

For time:
• Run 800m together
• 100 Thrusters (45/30)
• 60 pull-ups)

Rest 5 minutes then,
1-10 Step-up ladder w/KB (30/20)
P1 does 1 step-up then rests while P2 does 1 step-up. P1 does 2 step-ups, then rests while P2 does 2 step-ups...all the way to 10 reps.
KB's must be held in rack position the entire time.
