WOD #1
With a partner, complete the following for time:
• 200x KB swing (53#/35#)
• 150x wallball (20#/14#)
• 100x box jumps (24in/20in)
• 50x overhead squat (95#/65#)
• *Only 1 person can be working at a time and after each exercises is completed, run 200m together.
Rest 5 minutes

WOD #2
P1 – Rows 250m (Sub 200m run if not enough rowers)
P2 – Holds 2 KB in Rack position while P1 is rowing (50/30)
3 rounds
