Back squat: Complete as many reps as possible in 5 minutes @ 55% 1RM

Rest 5 minutes, then:

WOD #2
Benchmark WOD Cindy - 20 AMRAP
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

Rest 5 minutes, then:

WOD #3
As a team, complete the following:
25 handstand-push-ups
15 muscle-ups (no subs, RX'd)
10 rope climbs
100 KB Swings (50/35)
100 Box jumps (24/20)
10,000m row
