90 Air Squats
80 Situps
70 KB Swings (50/35)
60 Lunges
50 Pullups
40 Box jumps
30 KB Snatches
20 Push up
Both run 400 meters
Partner 1 Works on movements while Partner 2 Holds a plate overhead (45/25)? Arms must be locked out and if partner 2 drops plate or if arms are not fully locked overhead both partners must perform 10 burpees before starting again. Partners may switch at any time but partner 1 must stop movements before starting again.
