Skill Work/Strength: Banded Snatch Pulls (Attach a band (Green for Men/Purple For Women) to a vertical bar on the rig Slide a Barbell through the band until the band is sitting in the middle of the barbell Start In the Hang position with a snatch grip take 2-4 steps back until tension from the band is pulling the bar away from the body VIEW VIDEO https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VfhXgT8Mk9A. 2 bands may be used.
