Strength/Skill:                10 min Emom

                                        Odd:  10 toes through rings

                                        Even:  10 push ups

 

Workout:   5 rounds for time:
(Use a single KB or Dumbbell)


                 10 Goblet Squats


                   10 One Arm DB Snatch right


                10 One Arm DB Snatch left


                    5 Burpees


                   * finish with 400m run

 

 

Cashout:                  1 min plank hold ( all three positions)
