-Wallballs- 10,13,16,19,16,13,10- each set must be done unbroken or the set doesn’t count. 1 minute rest in between rounds
-Cashout- 10 meters of DEATH!!!!
10 meter shuttle run EMOM increase laps every min until you can’t finish
the number of laps for that min.
